Through the Location section, you can manage your locations for shipping. Also, you can set various configurations for Store Pickups and Local Deliveries for your customers from here.
Set up Location List
- In the Location List page you see a list of addresses with its Location Name, Store Pickup, Local Delivery and Added by App status.
- You can search addresses by location name on the search bar and perform the Edit and Delete Action.
- You can also Enable/Disable the location status for each address by clicking on the Toggle button.
Add Locations for store pickup & local delivery
- Let’s check how to configure a new address. Click on the Add Locations button. Here you configure a new address for Store pickup and Local delivery.
Step 1 : Location setting
- Here you can add basic location details of the store pickup center Like Location Name, Full Address, Country, State, City, Postcode, and Time Zone.
- Added locations will be displayed in the frontend.
Step 2 : Enable and Configure Store Pickup Settings
- From here, you can enable and disable the Store pickup setting for the store.
- By enabling the store pickup option, you will be able to configure all settings.
- Delivery Days
- In this section, select the days on which the store pickups are available.
- Time slots
- Use Same Time For All Days
- Click on it, to use a similar time for all selected days.
- All Days : You can select Start and End Time and also can add more slots by clicking on the Add More button. To delete a particular slot click on the Delete icon present on the end of that slot.
- Cut-off Time : Cutoff Time is used to define what time you stop accepting orders the same day.
- Order Limit : The amount of orders you would be taking in a day should be entered here.
- Limit Order Per Slot : You can set the limit of the orders per day but by enabling this option, the total orders limit will be disabled, and you can set the order limit as per the inserted slot(s).
- Days : Those days that you selected before, those days’ sections will be displayed.
- Copy from : From here you can select any particular day to enter all the details of that particular day.
- Time : Select the Start and End Time from here in order to make a slot. You can also add more slots by clicking on the Add More button.
- Cut-off time : The time you enter here, from that on, the entered slots will not be available or will not be displayed in the frontend for store pickup.
- Limit Order Per Slot : When you click on the checkbox, the general Order Limit will be disabled and the Order Limit section will appear after every slot you have entered.
- Order Limit : Set the limit of orders that would be available for store pickup.
- Set Up Preparation Time
- Click on “Yes” to set the time duration to process the order.
- You can define preparation time Hour wise or Day wise.
- Hour wise : If you select Preparation Time to be in Hour Wise, click on that particular option. Enter the value you need to prepare for your order. Time slots or Delivery dates will be disabled based on entered value.
- Day wise : To set Preparation Time according to the days click on the Day Wise option.
- Process Orders on Non-Working Days : Select the box to process orders on the days that have not been selected.
- Select Days : The number of days it will take to prepare the order should be selected here.
- Do You Want To Set Day Wise Processing Period ? : By selecting the “Yes” option, you can set the order preparation as per each day. For example : If you have to set process time for Sunday – you are selecting Wednesday as processing day. So on/after Wednesday delivery will be available.
Note : By selecting the Day Wise Processing option Select Days option will be unavailable.
- Delivery Restrictions
- From this section, you can manage the delivery period days and blackout dates.
- Maximum delivery period : Insert the number of days you want to make available for delivery date selection.
- Blackout Dates : Select the dates on which you are not available to deliver the orders to customers. You can easily add and remove as per your requirement. Customers will not be able to select the date to receive orders on specific dates selected as Blackout dates. The customer will not be able to select any blackout days.
Step 3 : Enable and Configure Local Delivery Settings
- From here, you can enable and disable the Local Delivery setting for the store.
- Select Zone : You have to select Zone from the drop down where all created zones will display which you have created in Zip Code configurations.
- Delivery Days : From these settings you can select the deliverable days in the week. As per your availability, Enable/Disable the Delivery Day(s) by clicking on the toggle buttons. If you have disabled any day, it will be disabled on the Calendar in the Delivery date selection.
- Time slots
- Use Same Time For All Days
- Click on it, to use a similar time for all selected days.
- All Days : You can select Start and End Time and also can add more slots by clicking on the Add More button. To delete a particular slot click on the Delete icon present on the end of that slot.
- Days : All the days selected in the Working Days section will only be displayed.
- Copy From : You can either enter each section manually or you can set a particular day’s time and order limit and then through the Copy From section, select that day to enter the details.
- Start Time & End time : If you are manually entering, set the Start Time and End time for the slots through this section.
- Add Slot : By clicking on the Add Slot button, you can add more slots according to your preference.
- Delete : The icon on the end of each start time and end time section, is a Delete icon. To delete a particular slot click on it.
- Cut-off Time : The slot will not be visible after the time stated in this section.
- Order Limit : The amount of orders you would be taking in a day should be entered here.
