Want “delivers Mon/Wed/Fri” for one set of postcodes and a different message for another? Delivery details aren’t set globally — they’re set per rule, on the zipcodes inside it. So the trick is one rule per delivery zone.
- Create a separate rule for each delivery zone in Settings → Create Zipcode Rule (e.g. one rule for your metro zone, another for outside-metro).
- Inside each rule, set that zone’s details on its zipcodes — Estimated Delivery Days, Return and exchanges days, and the Cash on Delivery flag. These values travel with the zipcodes in that rule, so each zone shows its own message.
- If you’re bulk-loading, keep a separate CSV per zone so each zone’s codes and settings stay cleanly grouped.
- Assign each rule to the right products via Settings → Assign Zipcode Rule — typically an Individual Collection per zone, so “message 1” shows on one group and “message 2” on the other.
Why it works this way: the message a customer sees is driven by which rule their zipcode matches. Separate rules = separate messages.
