Some merchants only want the error message to show — displaying a “we deliver to your area” confirmation on a whitelisted location can feel redundant, especially on mobile. Here’s the self-serve path.
- Go to Settings → Content Settings and find the Text Settings section.
- Clear the text in the Shipping Availability Message field (this is the message shown when delivery is available). Leaving it empty means nothing displays on a successful, serviceable check — while the Shipping Unavailability Message still shows on unserviceable zipcodes.
- If your setup also shows a validated-header line, clear Change Header Upper Text After Validate Zipcode in the same Text Settings section.
- Save and re-check a serviceable zipcode on the storefront.
Note: in several cases this needed a setup-level adjustment (often as part of a mobile layout tweak), so if clearing the text doesn’t fully hide it on your theme, it may need a quick support-side adjustment.
