Delivery Orders

Order Listing

  • You will get a list of the order details such as Order ID, Items (when clicked on, details of the product will be displayed), Delivery Date, Delivery Slot, Comment, Date (on which the order was placed on), No contact delivery, Fulfillment Status, Delivery Type and Action.

 

 

  • From the Order listing, you can perform certain actions to manage the orders such as :
    1. In More Filters you can sort orders as per the Delivery Date Range, Fulfillment Status, Delivery Type, Delivery status and Location.
    2. The Fulfillment Status and Delivery Type will be updated according to the order’s status.
    3. There are three options in the Action column – Pending, Out for Delivery and Pending. Changes can be made as per the delivery status of the order. 

 

Sorting Orders

  • There are some options provided for sorting the order in Order Listing based on the Fulfillment StatusDelivery Date RangeDelivery TypeDelivery Status, and Location. You can also set the number of Orders displayed per page. 

 

  • You can also search the order by inserting the ‘Delivery status’.

 

 

Delivery Date Range

  • By selecting the date range you can view the details of all the orders in that particular dates.

 

 

Fullfilmate status 

  • Fulfillment status shows the state of an order, that is, whether it is in the processing stage or awaits shipment. 
  • You can change the fulfillment status by following the process :  
    • Click on Order id. 
    • The order details page will be displayed.
    • In the order details page you can change fulfillment status. 

 

  • After that you can see in the order listing page that your fulfillment status changed successfully. 

 

Delivery Status & Action

  • You can check/change the status of the Order’s delivery: Delivered or Pending or ready for pickup. If you find the order’s status as ‘delivered’ to the customers, you can update the status to Delivered by clicking on the ‘Action’ icon.

  • By clicking on the ‘Action’ icon, a popup message will appear for confirmation.

 

Export Order

  • You can export the order details by clicking on the Export Order button. It will be exported in a CSV file and saved in a local drive.

  • Here the orders that are in the listing, only those will be exported in the CSV file.
  • Once you open the exported file you can see the product details including SKU in that file.

 

 

No Contact Delivery

  • You will see the ‘No Contact Delivery’ section if customer has opted for No Contact Delivery orders will be displayed as “Yes” if the customer ordered with the No Contact Delivery option and if not, then “No” will be displayed.

 

 

Order Item Listing

  • You will receive a breakdown of each item ordered, including vital details such as the expected Delivery Date, the specific name of each product, the quantity of each item ordered, and the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) details associated with each product. This list helps you easily keep track of what you’ve ordered and manage your purchases efficiently.

 

Delivery Date Range

  • By selecting the date range you can view the details of all the orders in that particular date.

 

 

Export Order

  • You can export the order item listing by clicking on the Export Order button. It will be exported in a CSV file and saved in a local drive.

  • Here the orders that are in the item listing, only those will be exported in the CSV file.
  • Once you open the exported file you can see the product details including SKU in that file.
