Shipping Settings

 

  • Under this menu, you can configure your working and non-working days along with the Time slots. 
  • Define your preparation time, maximum delivery days & other configurations which are used to set shipping configurations.
  • The Shipping section is in the Settings page.

 

 

Configure Shipping Settings 

 

  • Shipping configuration : If you click on the “Enable” button, shipping options will be displayed on the front store to the end customer. If the “Disable” option is clicked, the options will not display in the front store.  From here, you can enable and disable the shipping setting for the store : 

 

 

Manage Delivery Availability Days

  • From these settings you can select the deliverable days in the week.

 

 

  1. Time Zone : You can select the time zone from the dropdown based on your timezone. 
  2. Delivery Days : As per your availability of deliverable days, you can check/uncheck days. If you have checked the checkbox, those respective days can only be selected by the users for delivery. Unchecked days will be unselectable for end users, that means vendors are not available to deliver products on those days.

 

Manage Time Slots: 

 

  • You have to click on “Yes” to enable the Time Slot option. Here, the time slot for selected working days can be inserted to provide the option for the customers to choose the delivery time during checkout.

 

 

  • Use the same time slots for all days : Click on the check box of “Use the same time slots for all days” to set similar time slots for all the selected working days.
  • All Days : Set the Start Time and End Time for the slot and also you can select the Order Limit for that particular slot. By clicking on Add Slot you can add more slots. 

 

 

 

  • Days : All the days selected in the Working Days section will only be displayed”
  • Copy From : You can either enter each section manually or you can set a particular day’s time and order limit and then through the Copy From section, select that day to enter the details.

 

 

 

  • Start Time & End time : If you are manually entering, set the Start Time and End time for the slots through this section. 

 

 

  • Add Slot : By clicking on the Add Slot button, you can add more slots according to your preference. 
  • Delete : The icon on the end of each start time and end time section, is a Delete icon. To delete a particular slot click on it.

 

 

Cut-off Time : The slot will not be visible after the time stated in this section.

 

 

  • Order limit: Limit number of orders to be placed for the day, keep it 0 for unlimited.

 

 

 

  • Limit Order Per Slot : If Checkbox is checked then order limit will be considered per slot and by unchecking this element’s checkbox, the mentioned order limit will be considered for all day.

 

 

 Set up Shipping Preparation Time

  • In this section, you can set the time duration to process the order.
  • Firstly, select the “Yes” button, if you want to set preparation time to prepare the order. If the “No” option is selected the preparation time cannot be set. 

 

 

  • You can define preparation time Hour wise or Day wise. If you want your order preparation time to be in hours then select hour wise or if the order will be prepared in days then select Day wise.
  • To set preparation time Hour Wise, you can select the respective button and then you have to enter the preparation time according to Minutes

 

 

 

  • To set preparation time Day Wise, select the respective button and enter the days within which the order will be prepared. 
  • There is one checkbox for processing the order on non-working days. If you have checked it that means you are considering processing orders on the days you have selected as non working days. 

 

 

  • You can also set a day wise processing period and if you are doing so then global processing time will be disabled. 
  • To set day wise processing, click on the “Yes” button and then you will find the day wise dropdown button below.
  • You can set processing time based on days. For example – if you have to set process time for Sunday – you are selecting Wednesday as processing day. So on/after Wednesday delivery will be available. 

 

  • Based on your setup processing time & day slots selection will display on the front store.

 

 Configure Shipping Restriction & Tagging

 

  • From this section, you can manage the delivery period days and blackout dates.
  • Maximum delivery period : You can insert the number of days you want to take to deliver the order. 
  • Shipping order tags : Insert the shipping order tags for easily recognizing the shipping orders. 

 

 

  • Blackout dates : You can select days on which you are not available to deliver the orders.

 

 

  • Select the dates on which you are not available to deliver the orders to customers. You can easily add and remove as per your availability.
  • Customers will not be able to select the date to receive orders on specific dates selected as Blackout dates. Also, customers will not be able to select any blackout days.

 

Set up Shipping Widget Styling

 

  • You can manage widget styling from this section. Here you can manage style and textual configuration for features which are reflected on the front end.

 

 

  • Shipping Icon & Styling 
  • Select the shipping icon according to your preferences. The icon you have selected will be displayed on the frontend.
  • You can select the Background Color, Icon Color, Hover Background Color and Hover Icon Color from here. 

 

Set up Shipping Text

 

  • You can add the heading & note for shipping text, which will be displayed on the front end. 
  • You also add any extra note in additional notes.

 

 

Set up Rescheduling for Shipping

 

  • You can allow the customer to reschedule their delivery date. Rescheduling is an add-on feature which means it can be accessed only by paying the mentioned amount. By enabling this feature, you can provide the rescheduling of the delivery dates.
  • Reschedule Button Text : Reschedule Button’s name will be displayed in the front as per the text entered in this section.
  • The number of days entered in the Close Rescheduling before section is a specific timeline within which the customer can reschedule the order. After that, customers will not be able to reschedule. 

 

  • After all the configurations, Click on the Save button to save the settings.
