To configure the popup floating icon, go to Settings > Popup Floating Icons Setting. Note that the popup floating icon setting is available for all product serviceability (popup) only. The following options can be customized:
Choose Icon
Select the floating icon that you want to display on the frontend.
Color Settings
Select the floating icon’s background color and icon color.
Floating Icon Position
Set the icon position using the options below:
Position: Set the position of the floating icon.
Icon Size: Adjust the size of the floating icon.
Button Margin: Define the margin around the floating icon.
Button Padding: Set the padding inside the floating icon.
Distance From Bottom: Specify the distance of the icon from the bottom of the screen.
Distance From Right: Specify the distance of the icon from the right side of the screen.
Once the “Popup Floating icon” is configured, click on the Save button to apply the changes.
