Customers who have submitted their information in the front store for the waiting list will have their details listed in the Waiting List module. Navigate towards Settings > Waiting List. The grid in the ‘Waiting List’ section displays the following details:
– Contact Info: Customer’s contact information.
– Zipcode: The location where the customer checked for availability.
– Product Name: The product the customer is interested in.
– Browser: The browser used for the search.
– Device: The device used for the search.
– Date: The date the customer joined the waiting list.
– Action: Remove entries by clicking the Delete icon in the action menu.
Export
You can Export the waiting list by clicking the Export button. This will download a CSV file containing details such as Contact Info, Zipcode, Product Name, Browser, Device Info, and Date.
