If a location or redirect popup is showing that you never set up, it may be coming from a different geolocation app installed on your store — not from GeoLocation + Currency Converter.
- Go to Shopify Admin → Apps and review your installed apps. Look for any other geolocation, redirect, or country-selector app besides GeoLocation + Currency Converter.
- If you find another geo app, that’s the likely source. Disable or configure that app’s popup to stop the unexpected behavior.
- To confirm it’s not ours: check the popup’s wording and styling against what you configured in this app. If the details don’t match your settings, it’s coming from elsewhere.
If still stuck: grant us collaborator access and we’ll help confirm which app the popup is coming from.
