Yes, delivery date extension offers the facility to let your shoppers choose Call me before delivery option.
Login to Backend
Go to Stores ➤ Backend ➤ AppJetty ➤ Delivery Date, you will land on the “Configuration” page. Now scroll down to the Front End Configurations section and do the following configurations.
Enable call me before delivery: Select Yes to display the checkbox to enable the ‘call me before delivery’ option.
Label for call me before delivery: Enter the label for call me before delivery.
After all the configurations click on the “Save Config” button to save the configurations.
