Why Does a Product Show ‘Sold Out’ When It’s Actually in Stock?

A product showing “Sold Out” that’s actually in stock is usually not an inventory problem — it’s an order limit doing its job for a particular day or slot.

What’s happening: When a day or time slot hits its Order Limit, the app stops accepting further orders for that day/slot. To a customer that can look like the product is “sold out” for that period, even though stock is fine — they simply can’t book that day.

To fix or loosen it:

  1. Go to Shipping → Time Slots (or the equivalent per Locations) and find the day/slot.
  2. Raise the Order Limit, or set it to 0 (unlimited).
  3. If you’re using Limit Order Per Slot, note the per-day Order Limit field is disabled while that’s on — adjust the per-slot limits instead.

Alternatively, the customer can just pick another date/slot that still has capacity.
