Can Shoppers Change the Delivery Date & Time on the Front End before the Order is Shipped?

Yes, you can let your shoppers change the delivery date and time before the order is shipped. However, you can set the order status upto when the customer can reschedule the delivery date and time.

Login to Backend 

Go to Stores ➤ Configurations ➤ AppJetty ➤ Delivery Date, you will land on the “Configuration” page. Now scroll down to the Update Delivery Date section and do the following configurations.

Allow customers to edit delivery date: Select Yes to enable the customers to edit the delivery date from the account. 

Rule Condition to allow editing: Select the rule condition from Order Status, Day or Use system value. 

Order status can be rescheduled: Select the status of the Order upto when the customers can reschedule the date and time of the order. 

After all the configurations click on the “Save Config” button to save the configurations.
