Yes, you can customize the delivery processing time flow as per your requirements in Magento 2 delivery extension. You can enter the minimum interval time for processing the order or you can make it dynamic by selecting the product category type of product.
Login to Backend
Go to Stores ➤ Configurations ➤ AppJetty ➤ Delivery Date, you will land on the “Configuration” page. Now scroll down to the “Time slot settings” section and do the following configurations.
Minimum interval of hours between the order placing time and delivery time: Add the minimum interval in hours which will be the minimum gap between placing order and delivery time. I.e. the customer won’t be able to select the delivery date and time less than the hours you have entered.
Now scroll down to the “Delivery Date Related Configurations” section and do the following configuration.
Delivery date for category’s products: Select “Yes” to enable the delivery date for category’s product.
Product Category: Select the category in which you want to provide the option for delivery date selection.
After all the configurations click on the “Save Config” button to save the configurations.
