Why Don’t Delivery Details Appear in My Merchant Order-Confirmation Email?

Seeing the delivery date, time, and comment in the customer’s email but not in your order-confirmation email? That’s expected by default — and easy to change.

Why: By default, the app writes the delivery details into the customer notification, not the merchant email. So if you’re checking your own merchant confirmation, the fields won’t be there unless you add them.

To add them to the merchant/order-confirmation email:

  1. Go to App Settings → Mail Notifications and add/enable the notification email so delivery details are included. You can set which pages (Cart Page / Product Page) the details pull from.
  2. Alternatively, paste the delivery-date liquid snippet we provide into your confirmation template to render the selected date/time.
  3. There’s also an in-app toggle under General Settings → Enable Email Notifications (with an Email for Notification field) for sending delivery details to a chosen address.

Note: editing your own Shopify notification templates may require granting us notification-template access. And if a third-party mailer like Klaviyo sends your order emails, those need to be handled in that app separately.

If still stuck: Tell us which email you want the details in and we’ll send the exact snippet (or add it for you with access) — reach us at support.
